观察

1) 无喷雾或喷雾功能受限。取下喷雾孔并扣动扳机时，会发现无喷雾或喷雾受限。
OBS！抬起泄压阀顶部，以区分主阀堵塞和失压 （见下文）。

2) 阀门冻结并打开（泄漏）。

说明

主阀堵塞是储罐或瓶子本身受到污染造成的。
1) 通常是由于杂质或冰晶堆积造成的。
2) 强烈表明阀门内有水/冰。

修复

退回设备，彻底清洁主阀。

预防

- 清洁 CryoPro 罐：装入温水和几滴洗洁精，用软刷清洁，彻底清空并擦干瓶子。
- 空瓶时不要打开 CryoPro。请将瓶盖打开。
- 定期清洁储液罐：在重新装满之前完全清空。用真空吸尘器吸 20 - 30 分钟，使空储液罐内空气流通，吸干冰晶融化后的水分（软管应插入储液罐约一半的位置）。

观察

无喷雾功能或喷雾功能受限。取下喷孔并扣动扳机时，会感觉到极强的喷射力。

说明

喷孔可能会堵塞，较小的 C 和 D 比 A 和 B 更容易堵塞。堵塞的原因是杂质或冰晶积聚在储罐或瓶子本身。

修复

喷嘴清洁适配器是标准配件包的一部分。请按照随附的说明操作。

预防

修复

观察

顶盖上会布满冷凝水，有时甚至会有水从顶盖滴下来。

说明

冷的顶盖和室内的高湿度和温度会导致结露。这种现象无法消除，但会根据环境条件和设备的充气水平而变化。

修复

因此，结露是正常现象，除了滴水造成的不适外，不会带来其他问题。

多余的水可以偶尔擦掉，此外，避免过量注水也可以减少冷凝现象。加注量不超过最大容量的 80-90%，在液氮和顶盖之间留出一个隔热空气空间，有助于减少冷凝现象。

观察

设备是空的，需要在加压时重新加注。

修复

顺时针拧开顶盖半圈。等待 ½ - 1 分钟让瓶子减压，然后完全拧开顶盖。重新加注并重新安装顶盖。

观察

上盖的转动和拧紧变得困难且 "嘈杂"。

说明

随着时间的推移，瓶子上的黄铜螺纹可能会变干。

修复

用几滴硅油或 WD 40 进行润滑。

观察

造成压力损失的原因可能是
1) 上盖的密封垫缺失或
2) 操作泄压阀的锁定调节螺钉（需要使用扳手、螺丝刀和过度用力。黄铜顶盖上可能有工具痕迹）。

修复

1) 检查顶盖。如果顶盖内的红色硅胶垫圈丢失，请申请更换垫圈。
2) 返回修理。

观察

泄压阀发出微弱但可听到的嘶嘶声。

说明

泄压阀控制设备的工作压力。由于瓶中的液氮保持在沸点，只要瓶中仍有液化气体，液氮就会不断蒸发。

这种蒸发会导致内部压力升高，并通过泄压阀将压力保持在恒定和安全的水平。

一旦达到内部工作压力（在注入设备后几分钟内），泄压阀就会排出（"泄漏"）多余的压力，并伴有微弱的嘶嘶声。

修复

没有！声音正常，没有问题。切勿试图堵塞或以其他方式操作泄压阀！

观察

间歇喷雾功能。

说明

液氮在从瓶子流向喷孔的过程中会剧烈沸腾。对于小喷孔（C 型和 D 型），这种现象会导致间歇性喷射（"喷出"），但不会对治疗产生任何不利影响。在孔径 A 和 B 中，这种现象几乎不明显。

修复

没有！"吐痰 "是正常现象，不存在任何问题。

观察

瓶子变冷结霜。过量气体从泄压阀排出，并伴有比正常声音更大的嘶嘶声。设备很快排空。

瓶内真空度下降。泄压阀正常。

Observation
After some time a “cold spot” develops on the dewar. The liquid nitrogen evaporates faster than normal.

Explanation
A “cold spot” indicates direct thermic contact between the inner and outer container. It may be the result of mechanical damage (visible or invisible).

Fix
None! The dewar needs to be replaced

Observation
The dewar gets very cold. The dewar empties itself quickly.

Explanation
The vacuum in the dewar has deteriorated.

Fix
None! The dewar needs to be replaced.

Observation
There is no flow of liquid through the filter.

Explanation
1) The filter is clogged by impurities and/or water.
2) The container is not pressurized. Follow the instruction manual carefully. It is important not to release the pressure during the filling process. The operation of the device is based on a passive and physical principle, and internal pressure builds upon insertion of the tube into the tank as the materials cool down provided that the top is sealed off by the rubber handle.

Fix
1) Replace the filter using a normal wrench. At the same time we advise to clean the storage container: empty it completely before refilling. Use a vacuum cleaner for 20 – 30 min. to create air circulation in the empty tank to dry out water from melting ice crystals (the hose should be positioned approx. half ways into the tank).
2) Insert the “warm” tube fully into the tank. Immediately press the rubber handle firmly against the dewar neck while holding the treatment unit under the filter. Liquid nitogen will flow instantly. Keep pressing the rubber handle – do not release the pressure until the CryoPro unit is full.
Remove the withdrawal tube when finished to let it warm up before next use.
